“But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.”

What is a disciple of Jesus?
Someone who surrenders to Jesus, obeys His commands, reflects His goodness, and makes other disciples.
MISSION
Belong.
Believe.
Bear Fruit.
VISION
A deeply formed, fully equipped people multiplying disciples and making a lasting impact in our community.
Belong. Believe. Bear Fruit.
Belong: We, as a church and as believers and disciples, belong to Jesus. And we belong to each other. We are not meant to do this alone. We belong as a Jesus-centered church community. We belong with one another - supporting one another, trusting one another, being present, coming alongside one another "in the midst."
Believe: We believe in Jesus and what the Bible tells and instructs us. We are rooted in our identity as disciples of Jesus, transformed through our faith in Him, our obedience to His commands, and intentional practices that both deepen our faith and relationship with Him, while transforming us into His likeness.
Bear Fruit: We are not called to merely exist. We are called to bear fruit. Living an intentional and missional life. Led by the Holy Spirit, living out Jesus’ two greatest commandments and the great commission. Loving and serving one another, and loving and serving those who don't yet know Jesus. Making other disciples and teaching them to obey His commands.

At QFMC, we envision a community of disciples who are deeply formed in the way of Jesus: spiritually, emotionally, and relationally. We are committed to equipping one another through intentional practices and Christ-centered teaching so that every person is prepared to live out their faith in meaningful ways. As we multiply disciples, we engage our neighbors with love, truth, and compassion, making a lasting impact in lives, families, and our community. Every step we take is shaped by a posture of prayer, remaining dependent on God, and expectant for what He will do as we faithfully follow Him.
