
Andrew Royer
Lead Pastor
Andrew was born and raised in Quincy and has been a part of QFMC since childhood. He attended George Fox University, where he met his wife Ruth and spent time in Oregon and California holding different positions in the corporate world. Returning to Quincy in 1999, he managed his family's businesses, opened a mortgage company, and added an insurance agency. A part of QFMC leadership since 2000, in 2011 he entered part-time vocational ministry and in 2017 entered full-time ministry as QFMC’s Executive Pastor. Andrew & Ruth have two boys, Ethan and Aaron, and are a family of Seahawk 12s!

Abner Bernal
Staff Pastor
Abner was born and raised in Guatemala. Upon reaching the age of eighteen, he relocated to San Francisco, California, to begin a new chapter in his life. Nevertheless, in 2012, he initiated his spiritual journey with Jesus. In 2020, he married Lupita and they have been blessed with two children Amy and Kaleb. Together, they have actively participated in the worship team, counseling, and most importantly, evangelism. Abner was the Facilities Director for several years at a national facilities company. Lupita has pursued a career in cosmetology and they co-owned a beauty salon in Menlo Park, California; until their divine call to serve full-time in ministry. Their family is excited to serve God in the city of Quincy.

Ryan massey
Associate Pastor
Ryan was brought on staff at QFMC in 2017 as the Youth Pastor, but now fulfills a broader role as an Associate Pastor. He provides oversight for the youth group (6th-12th grade) and you can catch him leading worship and preaching on Sunday mornings, as well! He enjoys drinking coffee, trying new foods with his lovely wife Joanie and wrestling around on the floor with his four boys, Ezra (2017), Elias (2019), Emmett (2021), & Fin (2023).

Ed Burns
Staff Pastor
Ed and Judy are returning to QFMC! They were here from 1989 until 2003. After 4 years in Caldwell, ID they went to Moses Lake and planted Journey Church. Ed grew up in Moses Lake and then attended George Fox University. While being a Youth Pastor in Newberg, he met and married Judy. Both of their children, Angie and Chad, graduated from Quincy High School. Their 5 grandchildren keep them "young at heart". They retired in the Fall of 2023 after 15 years at Journey Church and have once again joined the QFMC Pastoral Team.

Meet Miss Chrissy
She has lived in Quincy most of her life. For over 30 years, Chrissy has helped children and adults discover who God is and what it means to live a life fully devoted to following Jesus. Her passion here at QFMC is to see children and adults growing in a deeply rooted faith so when (not if) the difficult, messy, unexpected storms of life hit, they have the knowledge and hope of Jesus as their anchor to hold on to. Chrissy is the administrator of ABC Academy preschool here at QFMC as well as the Rooted champion.
She has been happily married to her high school sweetheart, Darrel for 32 years. Together they have 3 adult children who love and serve Jesus and five grandchildren.

Vonna Harris
Office Administrator
Vonna, along with her husband, Tom, their sons, Nate and Andy, and daughter, Melissa, moved from Wenatchee to Quincy in 1994. She worked for the Quincy School District for several years and part-time at Quincy Free Methodist Church. A few years ago, Vonna resigned from the school district and began working for QFMC full-time. She believes the most important aspect of her job is to create a place where all who contact QFMC feel welcomed and cared for. Tom and Vonna have 3 children, their spouses, and 5 grandchildren and are delighted to spend as much time as possible with them!

Tiffany Pannek
Administrative Assistant
Tiffany Pannek moved to Quincy in 2012 when her husband, Mark, began working as a law enforcement officer. Since then, she and her family have been blessed to call the town home and have been active members of QFMC. In 2016, she joined ABC Academy, where she continues to teach a few days a week. She has a passion for helping wherever she can and enjoys being involved in both her work and church.
A homeschooling mom, she dedicates her time to teaching her three wonderful children—Kellie, Stanton, and Harvey—while fostering their love for learning. In her free time, she loves capturing special moments through photography, a creative outlet that allows her to document memories for her family and friends. Tiffany is also a licensed cosmetologist and enjoys using her skills to serve others when the opportunity arises. She has a deep love for building and nurturing family connections, cherishing quality time with her loved ones.

Leanna Cushman
Administrative Assistant
Leanna and her husband moved from the Spokane area to Central Washington in 2014. Leanna was a mathematics teacher for QHS (2015-2018), then a mathematics teacher for an online Christian Academy (2018-2022) before deciding to stay home with her children full-time, and pursue her own business in photography. When their first-born started attending ABC Academy, they made QFMC their home church! Leanna can be seen playing guitar on the worship team at church some Sunday mornings, taking photos, and designing and sharing posts for QFMC's online presence. Leanna's family consists of her husband Ben, Zoe (2020), and Ezra (2022). They love music and are foodies!
